Welcome to MahaKumbh 2025 Multilingual Guide (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

 Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App.

2. Content and Intellectual Property
1. Ownership:
All content, features, and functionalities of the App, including text, images, videos, and code, are the intellectual property of Intelligent Cloud LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
2. User-Generated Content:
If the App allows you to submit content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your submitted content in connection with the App.
3. Fair Use:
Our Knowledge Base utilizes Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology to provide summarized information from publicly available sources. We respect copyright laws and believe our use qualifies under fair use principles.

3. Payments and Subscriptions
1. Free and Paid Features:
Some features of the App may be available for free, while others require payment or a subscription.
2. Billing:
All payments are processed through the respective app stores (Google Play or Apple App Store). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment provider.
3. Refunds:
